We offer FREE SHIPPING on all web orders to the LOWER 48 US STATES & PUERTO RICO. If you are outside of this area, we will work with our shipping professionals to find the best rates for your shipment. We ship Monday thru Thursday and typically within 48 hours of receiving your order if items are in stock.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for urgent orders of items in stock; call for a quote and you will be given instructions to add shipping costs to your cart. Place orders by Noon EST for same-day dispatch—shipping occurs Monday through Thursday, excludes Fridays, weekends, and holidays. We will select the best carrier for your delivery needs.
Returns
We want you to appreciate your purchase! If there are any problems with your order, and you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Shipping handmade custom glassware takes great care. If your shipment seems compromised, alert your delivery professional immediately. We always recommend inspecting your new equipment thoroughly upon arrival.
